User data for donation purposes will be stored while performing transactions, unless the user specifies otherwise by saving their payment information. Volunteer information will be stored as long as users are volunteering with the company. Newsletter information will be stored until users opt out of receiving newsletters.

Our employees sign confidentiality agreements that include protection of others' data; failure to comply would result in the employee's termination.
