Fortify Play was created to restore something simple yet profound: human connection. This project brings together play, learning, and community in one vibrant space, designed to welcome families, neighbors, and children of all abilities. Our Vision
At Fortify Play, we believe every child deserves a safe place to laugh, explore, and connect. We had three primary goals from day one:
Provide a free, publicly accessible playground and splash pad.
Create a multi-age, inclusive play environment where every child can thrive.
Foster connection, fun, and belonging for families across Auburn and the surrounding community.

Park Features
Fortify Play was created to encourage outdoor activity and connection for families across Auburn and surrounding communities. With two play structures for ages 2-5 and 5-12, we're excited to feature:
Adventure for All Abilities
​​​With a zip line, accessible merry-go-round, unity rocker, a swing set for all ability levels for all ages, and more - this park will be made for adventure.
A Place to Rest and Reconnect
​​​​The park will feature a shaded pavilion with picnic tables and a nearby accessible restroom for the community to use.
A Space to Play and Stay Cool
We're excited to bring the first public 10-feature splash pad to Auburn! The splash pad will be open from May through September with interactive water play for all ages.

This is where our community imagined a place where children could laugh, families could gather, and everyone could feel welcome.
Architects, designers, and community members came together to shape the playground and splash pad. Every detail was planned with joy, safety, and inclusion in mind.
We’ve worked closely with playground vendors, designers, and our team to ensure Fortify Play meets all safety, accessibility, and environmental standards. Collaboration here is making the dream a reality on paper.
Building a community takes community support. Through generous donors like you, local partners, and grant programs, we hope to raise the resources needed to bring Fortify Play from vision to construction.
